The Forgotten Page – Bloggers Don’t Make This Mistake

The Recommendations page is live.  Why did it take so long?  Honestly, it wasn’t on my blog launch checklist (it is now).  Does your site have a recommendations page?  Why or why not?

A recommendations page sounds like a great idea. A list of products or services that one has used and that one is more than happy to share with the world. Definately a “value add” to any site. The links could be “not just for profit” (i.e not affiliate links) but if the recommendations are relevant (to the site), then I would think that visitors wont feel like they are being manipulated by what earns the site owner the most commission.

Oh, and to answer your question: Why or why not? Because, like you, it wasn’t on my to do list… or I am being lazy (perhaps a bit of both!) Thanks for the reminder!
