Approaching 800 million users some argue it has changed not only how we communicate and connect, but our vocabulary and very culture as well. Marketing on Facebook, done right, requires a lot of trial and error. Those who know me, understand I’d much rather learn from the trial and error of others than only my own :-) … Which is why I was looking forward to taking a look at FB Influence (aka Facebook Influence), and writing this review. In this post, I’ll cover what FB Influence is, who is behind it, who it’s for, what’s included, what I like, and what I don’t like.

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/fb-influence-review-facebook-influence"title="FB Influence Review (Facebook Influence)" >FB Influence Review (Facebook Influence)

Facebook is a marketing opportunity that cannot be ignored. The ‘stick rate’ of visitors is nearly as amazing as the return rate. Many of us get the fact that Facebook is huge, and some of us have run some ads campaigns, tried different things to get more engagement, but wonder what’s working for others. Are there better results to be had for marketers? The creators of <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/fbi"title="Facebook Influence" target="_blank">FB Influence think so, and based on what I’ve seen in the course, there’s much for me to learn as well.

What is Facebook Influence?

Facebook Influence (or fbinfluence) is a series of training videos spanning four modules of what it takes to be successful marketing using Facebook. The content is delivered by Amy Porterfield who has partnered with Lewis Howes and Sean Malarkey to help with promotion and support. There are also a handful of bonuses that come with the course, designed to help people implement the strategies and tips taught in <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/fbi"title="Facebook Influence Training" target="_blank">the course.

Who is Amy Porterfield?

Amy Porterfield: Small Biz Owner, Marketer, Instructor fbinfluence

She’s the instructor and voice on all the videos in the course. I first met Amy at BlogWorld in 2010 in Las Vegas. More recently we both attended a private marketing event in San Diego.

She worked with Tony Robbins years ago directing content and marketing for his events, and has also authored Facebook Marketing All-in-One For Dummies, worked with top online marketers where she was project manager for some very large product launches. She was also the community manager for SocialMediaExaminer.com.

To be honest, the few encounters I’ve had with Amy I find her to be pleasant and sharp. However, what I learned from her watching some of the videos in the course, along with the PDF downloads and bonuses, has left me even more impressed. She knows her stuff!

Who is Facebook Influence For?

Facebook Influence is ideal for small business marketers and solo-preneur marketers who are struggling to tap into Facebook as a source of traffic, leads, and customers. If you value your time, or are frustrated with your results thus far, what Amy teaches will save you a ton of time implementing proven Facebook marketing strategies.

What I Like About Facebook Influence?

The training is laid out in a non-overwhelming (very important) manner. I find Amy’s delivery of content efficient, and with zero fluff. It’s apparent that she knows why people fail with Facebook marketing, and starts things off helping you develop a strategy for your own Facebook marketing.

I found myself coming away knowing what needs to be done to take my Facebook marketing to the next level, but I’ve taken training courses before and inevitably there are questions you have when I start implementing… This is what I find to be the best part of this course. Claim your copy instantly here.

Bonus #6: Similar to what was offered with <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Getting More Traffic with Online Video" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy customers also get access to a private Facebook group where they can ask questions and learn from others in the community. This allows you to see what is working and tweak your efforts to leverage what works.

Model the best. Find out who is getting results and make it work for your business. -Amy Porterfield

What I Don’t Like About Facebook Influence?

While I haven’t yet finished every nook and cranny of the entire course, there are no real blunders to speak of. Sure they could offer DVDs to mail to customers, but that would certainly put the price out of range for many, so in that way I’m glad they didn’t offer that option.

While not a deal breaker for most, if there were one thing I’d like to see, it would be downloadable versions of the videos. When possible, I prefer to listen to training at 2x-2.5x normal speed to get through the material faster.

Bottom-Line on Facebook Influence

For someone who is either considering Facebook as a marketing platform, or want to take their Facebook marketing to the next level this has to be the most valuable course on the subject. It accounts for some of the recent changes to Facebook, as well as the ones coming. Amy indicated there there also going to be update videos added to the course as Facebook introduces changes that impact marketers.

At the current launch price ($97), this is probably one of the most valuable courses on Facebook I have seen. I’ve seen similar courses (with less ‘real-world’ actionable content) priced 10x and 20x higher than this. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/fbi"title="Facebook Influence" target="_blank">Get your copy here.

The big 4-0.

With family in Brazil, and friends scattered across the world, I wanted to do something that was enjoyable for her and have a way for those who wanted to, to participate. After an email inviting contributions, I received photos, videos, and very nice words of appreciation for my wife from friends and family across the miles. What did I do with those notes and photos? More in a moment…

The party was around the corner. While creating a video was ideal, I didn’t have the time to invest! What to do?

I turned to a program that I used a few years ago, with all its features not only did it suit my “fast and easy” need for my wife’s party, but I realized this helpful for those who have a lot of photos and videos from seminars and events and want to use video more often in their marketing.

Muvee Reveal Review – Create Edit Marketing Videos Fast and Easy

Shortly after installing it on my Windows PC (Mac users will need a Windows OS emulator like Parallels), the first thing I notice is that there were 3 areas of the interface that commanded much of my attention.

Muvee Reveal User Interface - 3 Clear Areas to Work With

Looks simple enough for the video marketing novice, and for my wife’s birthday video, but I soon learned there were other things it offered.

Rendering Options In Muvee Reveal X

Rendering options screen after choosing to "Save muvee"

One of the things I’ve had challenges with in the past deals with how videos are rendered. So, I was curious what the rendering options would be in Muvee Reveal.

They offer the standard video options (screenshot) as with other programs, like posting to Facebook, YouYube, HD, and portable devices like smartphones, and the iPad/iPhone for iTunes formats.

Not sure why, but video editing programs that offer a useful YouTube button for video rendering don’t always provide the fine tuning settings I look for, so I didn’t test this option when I created my videos.

The advanced options was what I was looking for, and selecting that option opened a window offering other formats, including:

WMV

MOV

MPEG-1

DV-AVI

AVI

MPEG-2

H.264

MPEG-4

For most videos I upload to YouTube, I like the .WMV format. Lightweight, and YouTube preserves the quality, for the most part, after optimizing it for their servers.

Ideas on Using this Video Creation Software in Your Marketing

Using this tool for my wife’s party got me thinking. This is an outstanding tool for marketers, who don’t have time to make videos.

After gathering all the photos and videos, traditional video editing takes hours. With <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/muvee"title="Muvee Reveal - Offers Special Savings" target="_blank">Muvee Reveal I find editing and rendering a professional looking 5-7 minute video takes about 30-45 minutes. Your results may vary.

Muvee Reveal is now my goto tool when I want to create professional looking productions FAST. Huge time saver, a great value.

Some top of mind ideas:

Create a video for a local event you attended, tag attendees, upload to Facebook.

Create a video of a local event you hosted, share it with all attendees, invite them to share.

Create a video of a trade show or conference you attended.

Create a video of a trade show you exhibited at, include photos of booth visitors.

Have visitor videos for each day of trade show.

Announce daily winners at the end of the video. Invite them to return to booth to claim prize.

Create a fun video showing how awesome it is to work with your team or company.

Host an offline customer only event or party, create and publish a video as a part of your <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/misc/3-strategies-for-profitable-followup-after-an-event-or-seminar/"title="3 Strategies for Profitable Followup After an Event or Seminar" target="_blank">follow up.

Create a sneak peek video of a new product that is under development.

There are certainly other ideas, be creative, think outside of the box. Great possibilities.

Muvee Reveal is affordable. At less than $100 it is a huge time saver, and at the time of this post they are offering a special link to purchase the product at an additional 10% savings.

What Happened with those Notes & Photos

There was a surprise party for my wife. Several family members even came in from out of town. Her sister came from Brazil. Many who could not attend the party sent in notes and funny stories, some pictures and even a few videos. This was compiled into what ended up being a spiral bound, 35 page booklet!

As there was a lull in the activity at the party, I queued up the video of her through the years. Captivating. The only sound in the room was the video playing, everyone was glued to the TV (even kids!). After, many complimented me on the video. What they didn’t know is how easy it was, and how it freed up time so I could focus on managing the details of the surprise party.

After the video, I presented my wife with a gift. The spiral bound booklet with all those notes and photos sent from around the world.

Not only did I share a link to the “through the years” video via email, I created a separate video of photos and videos of the actual party. Those who weren’t there in person got to share in the party and see her reaction to the 35 page booklet they had a hand in making simply by watching the video. The feedback after sending out the email was heart-warming as people felt more connected, reviving old friendships.

If I didn’t have Muvee Reveal I wouldn’t have had time to create one video, let alone a second for sharing across the miles.

Video Review of Muvee Reveal

Here is a video which shows Muvee Reveal in action. If you can’t see the video go here.
Bottom Line On Muvee Reveal

As outlined above, the software helped to make my wife’s 40th a success, engaging family and old friends from across the miles.

It also got me thinking of how it can be a great marketing tool for events and activities where you end up having photos and maybe a few videos you aren’t sure what to do with.

If you are a <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/video-traffic-academy-review-is-this-for-you/"title="Video Traffic Academy Review – Is This For You?" target="_blank">believer in video marketing, but have struggled with the “production” side, the time savings I’ve found in this product may just be what you need, it was for me. Details of their special offer available here.
More on that in a moment. ATTENTION BLOGGERS: If you believe that blogging is a way to make money online but find yourself frustrated, perhaps you need some encouragement. Perhaps you could be doing it better, or maybe you are doing it wrong altogether. Perhaps the real issue is, you don’ t have a solid marketing plan. Today’s post reviews a resource designed to help emerging or struggling bloggers develop or refine a marketing plan and move a site toward profitability. Good news, this guide comes from one of the trail blazers in the blogging industry, the folks at Problogger.net, Darren Rowse. I’ll share several of the steps outlined in this guide, what I like, what I don’t like, and if this is for you.

Review of The Bloggers Guide to Online Marketing

We talk bit about blogging here, as it is a significant spoke in the wheel of driving traffic. It is also clear that blogging is an area many struggle with when it comes to building a lasting online business. So when I had an opportunity to review Problogger’s latest guide, I agreed.

Disclaimer:

Disclaimer: One of the ways this site serve readers and subscribers is through our hype free product reviews. Product makers often give review copies of their products at no cost, in hopes that we might review it. This is the case with this review of The Bloggers Guide to Online Marketing. We also receive compensation (millions… ehem, not really) for those who find the product to be a fit for them, and purchase through our affiliate links here. These commissions are used to recharge Travis’ Starbucks card, pay hosting fees, and keep the content here coming.

I was taken back after unzipping the files that came with this eBook. 22 files in all. “This must be much more than an eBook,” I thought. Here is a screenshot of the files on my computer. 13 PDF files, 7 Excel spreadsheets, 1 PowerPoint, and 1 Microsoft Word document (support for Mac files too). As I began opening the files, I found them to be professionally laid out, and clear in what they were communicating. See for yourself here.

What the Bloggers Guide to Online Marketing Contains

31 Steps to a Profitable Blog:This is laid out in the main eBook. It is more of a master blueprint that is obviously born out of years of experience. Throughout the book Darren and his “Ninja” reference different files contained in the download.

What I Liked

The layout of the guides are professional and oozes Problogger branding. The content is what makes the guide valuable. The templates and worksheets referenced throughout the eBook are well thought out, and really puts marketing meat to the readers developing marketing plan.

Highlights from The Bloggers Guide to Online Marketing

Step 3 suggests creating customer personas. This helps you understand who your target audience is, and what their main issues are.

Steps 10 and 11 talk about getting email enabled. Email marketing is key to any online businesses success, Problogger shares tools, and clear examples of what good converting webforms looks like, some guidelines to consider in your email marketing and what to avoid.

Step 14 talks monetization options. There may be a few in here you’ve not thought of.

Step 17 talks products. Organizing, planning, and launching them (step 18).

Step 26 shows you how to run a competition. Inviting bloggers to understand logistics and to start small.

Get your copy of this guide here.

What I Didn’t Like

Two points here.

A Video. Darren does well on camera, and I think it would help reinforce my decision as a buyer if I saw him on my computer welcoming me to the book and thanking me for the order. It’s not so much that I don’t like the fact that he left out a video, or that I was even expecting it, rather that it was a missed opportunity to connect with me as a customer.

The welcome video could be transcribed into the beginning of the book, with a link to the actual video if the reader wants to watch.

Master Document Map. One of the things this product does is provide the all important clarity for bloggers who need a marketing plan. In keeping with that, as useful as the supplemental documents are, it could be overwhelming for some. A document that illustrates where the documents/templates/worksheets fit in the big picture could resolve this. Perhaps with a page reference for each place the document is mentioned or highlighted in the guide.

The supplemental documents themselves could offer this in reverse as well. As mentioned in Step 14 page 64 while also directing readers to the “Master document map” document.

Is the Bloggers Guide to Online Marketing for You?

Every marketer is at a different place. If you don’t have a blog or website, no ideas for a blog or website, no desire for a blog or website, and have no money to spend, that’s ok, you are earlier on in the process. Pass on this, and instead signup here on the site for our MarketersFAQ free report.

However, if you are at a place where your monetization is stuck, and you need to explore new ideas for implementation and can handle the current $49.99 cost (half price during the launch period), this is a great guide, and can make for great evening or weekend reading. Get your copy of this guide here.

In the end 22 nor 31 aren’t such significant numbers. What’s significant here is the quality of good marketing information in those 22 documents and 31 steps which can serve as a business blueprint for bloggers for years to come.

Some Advice if You Choose to Purchase this Guide

Darren and his team are very smart and seasoned professionals. It’s obvious they poured themselves into this and made it an excellent product. As a reader, take time to process the information.

Don’t expect to implement everything right away, rather take time to understand the guide, and then prioritize what you will implement by when. The money isn’t in the knowledge, rather in the careful action taken with that knowledge.

A course that helps online marketers leverage video for traffic and sales. It has been a void in the marketplace for some time.

I’m not referring to products that teach you how to make videos, or courses to help you maximize traffic with video, I’m talking about a course that offers both.

Affordably.

In this post you’ll learn about a new video marketing training course, <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy, who is behind it, what it is, what I like, a video of my account, what I don’t like, how busy professionals could utilize this course, and whether or not this course is for you.

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/video-traffic-academy-review-is-this-for-you"title="Review of Video Traffic Academy" >Video Traffic Academy Review – Is This For You?

Getting real. I remember when I considered creating online videos.

I was hesitant. Did I really want to put myself out there?

Then I considered how I might be able to connect with and help more people. I also saw what the possibilities* were, and knew that video had to become a part of the marketing equation.

Many marketers <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/video/do-you-avoid-video-marketing/"title="Do You Avoid Video Marketing?" target="_blank">avoid video marketing because they believe it is both hard and scary.

Another common belief pre-video marketers have is that they must be “on camera” to do video. While ideal, it’s not true, and it isn’t the best starting point for most. For me, when I realized that being on camera wasn’t necessary (I find PowerPoint sales videos work rather well) I went for it. Making videos took some time to learn but got easier with each one.

However, many marketers I speak with about video often let these issues stop them, without considering how effective <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/category/video/"title="video marketing tips" target="_blank">video marketing can be.

*More about my results with video later in the post.

First, Let’s Talk About The People Behind Video Traffic Academy

Two main guys, <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-lewis-howes-linkedinfluence-linkedin-training/"title="Review of Lewis Howes LinkedInfluence LinkedIn Training" target="_blank">Lewis Howes, and James Wedmore. I’ve known of Lewis for about 3 years, he and I first met at BlogWorld fall 2010. I later interviewed him here as a part of the <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-lewis-howes-linkedinfluence-linkedin-training/"title="Review of Lewis Howes LinkedInfluence LinkedIn Training" target="_blank">Linked Influence review post. I have never met James Wedmore in person, and learned of him earlier this year. Everything I’ve seen and heard about these guys has been positive and I’ve no reservations about their business ethics. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">See them on camera at the Video Traffic Academy site.

What Video Traffic Academy Contains

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy is designed to help marketers understand the power of video marketing and YouTube, for search engine rankings and traffic, and how to implement it in your business.

The sales letter and video breaks down successful online videos in these three categories:

Video Optimization

Video Value

Video Aftermath

This is important because there are so many areas of complexity and rabbit holes a marketer can go down when it comes to video marketing.

Video Traffic Academy Course Modules

There are 5 main modules to the course which cover the three categories above:

Video Traffic 101: This module has 4 videos providing a decent overview of the importance of video marketing, why most fail at it, and the importance of having the right mindset when approaching video marketing. Total length: 77 minutes

Developing Your Strategy: This module contains 3 videos walking the marketers through developing their strategy, 4 pillars of success, how to carve out your niche, what time to post videos, etc. Total length: 49 minutes

Creating Killer Videos: 5 videos are included in this section, elements each video must have Total length: 100 minutes

Video Optimization: A whopping 8 videos here. Step by step on editing videos, rendering, and optimizing on YouTube, and more. Total length: 113 minutes

Advanced Video Strategies: This module contains 3 videos dealing with the further actions to take to promote the video after the video is online. The last video is actually a carousel of videos where you watch James apply the video strategies himself. Total length: 146 minutes (carousel being 99 minutes).

What I Like About the Course

Some observations I had while going through the course (Disclaimer: I did not listen to every second of each video).

Talks mindset and his thoughts on left-brained vs. right-brained video marketers.

Uses free tools that are available to anyone like Google Insights.

Provides links to paid resources and tools outside the course, video mentions the fact that they are affiliate links.

Uses real-world examples (I value case studies that validate a particular strategy).

Shows the use of the Google wonderwheel search tool, but that is not something I have available when using Google, something I noticed when I started using Google+ (more on that here).

Demonstrates a 3rd party tool which helps video marketers reverse engineer YouTube rankings. Knowing what factors are needed to compete with existing YouTube videos.

Clarifies that YouTube is a community, having both written and unwritten guidelines.

Encourages thinking for the long-term, not about a given video, but about the video channel you have, your collection of videos. 80/20 rule for traffic, handful of videos bring most of the traffic.

Explains how to produce creatively, post technically.

Includes bonuses to help you get going including video traffic process maps, and a resource library with video bumpers (put at front and backend of videos), backgrounds, and over 350 royalty free music tracks. Having resources like these are important for making quality videos.

Get your copy of <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy here.

What I Don’t Like About the Course

Overall this course is exceptionally well put together. Very professional, and exemplary in the way the course is structured. The points below weren’t big issues, but they caught my attention and may catch the eye of customers and therefore are worth mentioning here. Admittedly, they are a bit on the picky side.

Found the audio volume to be a little low in a couple videos. This was apparent in some of his case study videos. Several times while going back and forth from the training video to case study videos at YouTube.com, I was startled, and had to bump the volume down, then up when listening to the training video, then down again when back on YouTube.

Couldn’t find video download option. When possible, I like to download videos and listen to them at 2x speed. This allows me to get through training material quickly. Many courses like this don’t offer a download, because inevitably they end up being pirated (at least the good ones do). I’m not sure exactly what the sales process is, but it might be nice to create an option for customers to purchase mail order the DVDs.

To their credit: They do have a download center on each page, where users can download the cliff notes, the PowerPoint, the MP3 audio, and the transcript. This is a smart move and a good compromise so customers can get through the course quickly.

Download Center at Bottom of Each Module Page (click to visit their sales letter)

How Busy Professionals Could Utilize this Course

Some business owners might be thinking…

The course sounds helpful, but what if I have zero time to implement what they are going to teach me?

This course is useless if it sits on the digital shelf. You must implement in order to get the results video marketing offers.

Here are some things to consider:

Implement one thing a _______ (day, week, month, etc.) Set implementation goals.

Give the course to your assistant or intern to review and implement.

Outsource it. Run through the course, and select the items you want to implement, and hire someone or a team to implement it. Give that person access to the course so they can understand the specifics. See <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/misc/how-to-avoid-outsourcing-headaches-%e2%80%93-a-balanced-approach/"title="How to Avoid Outsourcing Headaches – A Balanced Approach" target="_blank">How to Avoid Outsourcing Headaches for more info.

Get your copy of <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy here.

Is this Course for You?

Maybe, maybe not. Can I be real with you here? If you don’t have a website, a product to sell, or any income, let me encourage you to take care of those things first before investing in a course like this.

However, if you have the time to invest in learning and implementing, and can swing the course fee, then let me encourage you to get a copy, to my knowledge this is the best course of it’s kind currently on the market. More thoughts <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/misc/factors-i-consider-when-purchasing-marketing-education-products/"title="Factors to Consider When Purchasing Marketing Education Products" target="_blank">here.

Let’s Talk Money: What is the Investment for This Course?

This is a paid course and is a worthwhile business decision. You have to decide whether the value given is worth the investment. I’ve seen similar courses in the $1500-$2500 range. This is nowhere near that.

I didn’t find out the price of the course until I was well into the review. So I was taken back when I found that the launch price is $97. Taken back because I understand how much work it took James Wedmore (his partner) to put it together. Get your copy of <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy here.

When I asked him how long it would be at that price, he said he wasn’t sure. Sounds like he will likely keep this very compelling price for launch and then raise the price at some point after launch.

Bottom-line on Video Traffic Academy

This is a smart move by Lewis, partnering with a top video marketer to put together a course with a lot of value, and sell it at a very compelling price. As already stated, while not flawless, this is the best course I know of, available on the market today. Get your copy of <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy here.

Oh Before I Forget – My Results

Here is a screenshot of a 60 day period of traffic to this site. You’ll notice that YouTube traffic converts visitors into subscribers at a much more significant rate than that of Google search visitors.

Google Analytic 60 Day Traffic Period Highlighting Site Optin Rate by Source

As you can see, I’m a fan of video, and not because of this course, but because video actually works. Video Traffic Academy is a great resource to help you get more targeted and converting traffic. Get your copy of <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/vta"title="Video Traffic Academy" target="_blank">Video Traffic Academy here.

This post discusses the effectiveness of webinars, and covers a new software system that allows users to automate webinar presentations for increased sales and revenue. You’ll learn the main features of the application, see a video of me configuring the software, and I’ll share my thoughts as to whether this software is for you.

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/evergreen-business-system-automated-webinar-software-review"title="Evergreen Business System Automated Webinar Software Review" >Evergreen Business System Automated Webinar Software Review

8/10/2011, 12:07pm EST Update: Received an update from the product creator that I wanted to bring to your attention, especially for those who are on the fence.
“Due to far exceeding our expectations for the amount of new members we thought we would get, we have decided to close the doors to Evergreen Business System this Thursday Night (Aug 11th) at MIDNIGHT…

We’re close to reaching 2,000 new customers and we want to make sure they are all very well taken care of.

And if we stay open any longer… and although we are a big company, I’m worried we won’t be able to support any more than that.

Once we close, we will not reopen again for a period of time later to be determined. It may be a few weeks or months, but not until we feel our current customers are taken care of.”

See the current product status here.

Selling Online

It used to be that selling online was as simple as an email sequence, with an offer. Today inboxes are overflowing with sales messages, and are often left unopened, and unread. What is a marketer to do? Many have turned to hosting webinars, and for good reason, they are a great way to directly connect with your market, and make offers for your products or services.

Webinar Challenge

As effective as webinars are, the challenge is to maintain a high-level of performance on every webinar in order to maximize the captive audience. For me, I’d rather not do the same presentation over and over again (unless it is in front of a live audience).

What the Evergreen Business System Software Does

In two words, webinar automation.

The software gives marketers the ability to broadcast recorded presentations as a live online event, using a flexible scheduling system, so they run on an ongoing basis. By coupling this with a compelling and converting offer during the presentation, marketers have an automated revenue stream. Have a look here.

The Webinar Automation Process

Record a refined presentation

Host the presentation online

Configure the Webinar

Configuration Options in Evergreen Business System Automated Webinar Software

Before diving in, it’s worth mentioning that every section of the webinar configuration dashboard has a link in the header to a tutorial video. These videos are well done having a nice sounding voice of a man with a slight accent.

If you’d rather see it in action, below is a video I shot of my account. Keep in mind the video will take you to their offer page upon completion, so if you don’t want that, simply stop the video before the end. If you can’t see the video below find it here: webinar automation software review (Video player, EVP).

. These pages then host a picture of the presenter and the affiliate in a presentation box. Here’s a screenshot (from the video):

Additionally affiliates can create a custom videos for the front and backend of the webinar to welcome their subscribers at the start of the webinar, and encourage them to take what was offered on the backend. Learn more about the system here.

Optional “Powered By” (affiliate) Footer

This allows site owners to display the software name in the footer, and have incentivized it further with the option to send them to the site via your affilaite link (commission if someone purchases).

Analytics Tracking

Flexible options to enter single or multiple codes so you can monitor the site analytics.

Webinar Preview Options

See the preview of both the webinar registration page, or the webinar live page. Just understand that some of the customizations may not be present until it is actually hosted on the internet.

Publishing the Webinar

Users have two options, publish the webinar on your own server, or publish it on one of their domains (extra fees may apply). If you publish it on your server, you have two more steps after uploading the files. 1.) Create a database (done with cPanel), and 2.) Configure a cron job which basically makes sure the system timing configurations are honored. Learn more about the system here.

Again, the system provides video training with each section, and does a good job explaining what needs to be done. I’m glad they had the video training professionally done, because many times software like this can be “too technical” for many customers that need it. This was one of the issues I had with many of the webinar software scripts I’ve tested.

Monitor the Webinar

Some things I’m keeping in mind while implementing this in my business. Monitor and attend the webinars yourself to see how they come off. I’m also planning on monitoring the webinar chat box so you can respond to attendees and gain insight for optimizing the webinar presentation video.

Take Care of Customers

It’s easy to integrate something like this in your business and lose touch with the reality that people are on the other end of your webinar presentations. Depending on what you are selling, consider implementing personal touches such as audio, video, a letter, or even a phone call. If possible, somewhere along the way (I like doing it right after the sale) ask them the number one reason they decided to purchase.

Final Thoughts – Is This for You?

If you are thinking of purchasing the evergreen business system automated webinar software, it is not for everyone. If you are just getting your feet wet with internet marketing, have never sold anything online, have no income stream, or have no plans of ever creating a product to sell, this probably isn’t the best use of your money. If, on the other hand, you have a product, have made money online, and have bandwidth to implement an automation system, this is something worth looking at.

I’m going to implement this in several areas of my business, and may provide updates here as I have something to report.

If you found this review helpful, and are considering purchasing, you can show your support by doing so through our link.

Marketing automation technology is what makes online marketing an interesting career track for some. One of the first “automation tools” was the auto-responder, giving marketers the ability to setup predefined email messages sent at specific intervals.

Today, people are inundated with email, and many marketing messages go ignored. To connect with audiences in a more meaningful way, many have turned to webinars.

The advantages of webinars are numerous.

How can Webinars be “automated”? One of the ways to leverage marketing automation is to sell with pre-recorded webinars.

I have tried this several times with some of the best known products available , but always found the tools to be a roadblock. They didn’t function properly, were confusing, expensive or unreliable, and therefore never felt comfortable recommending anything to my clients or readers.

Today I learned of a tool that boasts the very features I’m looking for when it comes to Webinar Automation software. While I haven’t received a review copy yet, I know the guy behind it, and have found him to have a solid track record developing useful software for marketers.

When we get our hands on it, we will post a review here. In the meantime, they have an opt-in page posted offering videos (screenshot from one above) of the software and additional information on the benefits of an evergreen business system. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/webinars"title="Webinar Automation Software" target="_blank">Join me in taking a look at what they have here.

In the age of the social web, doing the legwork up front before launching any online initiative is more critical than ever. I’m talking market research. As much as that phrase causes some to bristle, it must be done. Done right, understanding what’s needed to win in a market helps you be realistic as to the commitment required. One component of market research is keyword research. If your site goals are clear, and you know what type of visitor you want to a site, you can dive into keyword research with guns blazing. In this post you’ll learn the problem with keyword research, one tool that is time consuming and painful to use, and how SE Cockpit is different than other tools reviewed here.

SE Cockpit Review – Cloud-Based Keyword Research Management

The Problem with Keyword Research

The phrase ‘keyword research’ is enough to freak some people out. Why? Intimidation. Visions of mountains of data, words, and modifiers flying across their computer screen can be draining for some, leading to analysis paralysis. It doesn’t have to be that way.

On the flipside, what happens is the oversimplification of keyword research. The “I’ll take my best shot at it” approach which is driven by two factors.

Search Volume and Competition Analysis

One of the competition metrics often spoken of, is backlink data. The common free source of that data has been unreliable and is going away. I’m talking about Yahoo Site Explorer. The API was shut down in March, and indications are the public site explorer is going away in 2012. Bing might replace it, but at this point, nobody knows for sure.

While you probably will hit a few winners using these two factors alone, investing a little more time to dig deeper could yield more, even double the number of profitable keywords you find. Afterall, it’s not just about competitive keywords, it’s about “converting keywords” (think sales).

Video Discussion About Keyword Research with SE Cockpit

I created this video early in the morning. Have a look to find out why. (I was a bit sleepy.) If you can’t see it on your computer or device, find it here.

(Like this video player? See how we did it with this Easy Video Player.)
Other questions to consider when doing keyword research:

Search volume is important, but what is the context of your keyword? More specifically, the match type? Broad match, “phrase match”, or [exact match]?

As Google PageRank is not updated that often, and traffic estimating tools Google offers are often unreliable, what third party services like SEOmoz (mozRank and traffic estimation tools) can we use during keyword research to get more reliable numbers?

In wanting to build a solid organic SEO strategy, what do you look for in paid traffic sources like AdWords to validate converting keywords?

Investing up front in proper keyword research is critical when considering a longer-term view. In 6-12 months an SEO that ranks well for the proper keywords makes a difference to your bottom-line. On the flip side, your competitors who skip on the upfront work with keyword research may get a few winners, but often miss out on the other profitable keywords altogether…that you can clean up with.

Some resources for keyword research:

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/search-engine/3-unconventional-places-for-free-keyword-research/"title="3 Unconventional Places for Free Keyword Research" >Places for Free Keyword Research

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-keyword-winner-seo-plug-in-for-wordpress/"title="Review of Keyword Winner – SEO Plug-in for WordPress" >Review of Keyword Winner

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-traffic-travis-latest-update/"title="Review of Traffic Travis – Latest Update" >Traffic Travis

The challenge again with these tools is something I hadn’t considered until recently. It provides an incomplete view of keyword search data…relying solely on data from Google…about data on Google, in the hopes of landing high in the Google <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/search-engine/seo-defined-what-is-a-serp-and-why-it-is-important/"title="SEO Defined- What is a SERP and Why it is Important" target="_blank">SERPs. Not just that the data is often off (particularly ‘visitor data’). See the problem? There is a need for 3rd party validation (Hint: other sources of keyword data).

What is SE Cockpit?

SE Cockpit is a cloud-based keyword research service which provides a comprehensive view of keyword data from several sources. Designed to help users identify not only traffic keywords, but converting keywords.

Who SE Cockpit is For?

As I see it, several types of people can make the most of SE Cockpit.

Active affiliate marketers: Those who are active in building affiliate revenue. Launching search campaigns with some regularity in order to build out passive income streams.

SEO Consultants: You are building a business of clients who hire you to make their sites rank better in the search engines. Learn more about SE Cockpit here.

Websites That Sell Products: Common with affiliate marketers, but also those managing an ecommerce site. Strive to optimize keywords to be as specific as possible. Product names, product reviews, with modifiers like cheap, best price, buy, coupon, etc.

AdSense Sites: Think traffic, but also think value. Higher value per click will give you the greatest revenue possible. Keywords that have high traffic, low competition, and high CPC.

Beginner Affiliate Marketers: I wasn’t going to include this group, but the project and task management features got me thinking how this would be helpful for those just starting out. The last straw was the included bonus training for customers of SE Cockpit.

The Bonus training contains start to finish research of domain names using SE Cockpit, buying a domain name, hosting the domain, installing WordPress and more. You still need to put together content and linking strategies, but if you are an action taker, can afford the subscription, and want to have assurance you are optimizing for the right keywords, SE Cockpit is worth a look. Get more info on SE Cockpit.

How is SE Cockpit Different than Other Keyword Research Tools

SE Cockpit seems well positioned to help Internet marketers…

Find Niches: Marketers can identify niches on converting keywords, that have high search volume, for which the competition is low, or easily beaten by SEO factors.

Plan Projects: Once a user decides to target a keyword or set of keywords, they can plan and track their implementation status. The service also allows you to specify if you are using a 3rd party service to build out your SEO network.

Complete Tasks: Once the project is set, it populates task list automatically, allowing users to track their progress for a given project. Learn more here.

(Clicking Opens Full Image in a New Window)

A couple notes on project management in SE Cockpit. This is valuable part of the service in my mind. However, as the service gains momentum in the market, my hunch is users will want them to build out the project management functionality of SE Cockpit more thoroughly to suit their needs.

I’d anticipate project management features like, additional logins from remote staff, and/or email integration with task management so remote workers can get new assignments, reply indicating it was completed, etc. Think SE Cockpit is for you? Go here.

What I Like About SE Cockpit

SE Cockpit includes a comprehensive view of keyword data in one place, including:

AdWords data (understanding value per click)

SEOmoz keyword and other rank data

Calculates realistic unique visitor traffic estimates (from SEOmoz) based on page 1 SERP rank.

It is a cloud application, nothing to install, runs in the browser. I was a user of Market Samurai and found it was slow in getting results when compared to SE Cockpit. In fact, because Market Samurai relies on my local connection to get the data, it takes about 1 minute to get important metrics of the top 10 results in Google for a given search term. With that in mind, for 120 keywords it would take roughly 2 hours to get the competition data (assuming Google doesn’t block my IP for excessive searches). No thank you!

SE Cockpit has an expense and income tracking journal. Great idea. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/cockpit"title="Review of SE Cockpit" target="_blank">Try SE Cockpit for yourself.

(Clicking Opens Full Image in a New Window)

What I’d Like to See in SE Cockpit

Social factors. The web has become less about data and more about people. The search engines have started to factor social data as indicators, or votes, for search results pages. It would be nice to see this sort of thing as a part of SE Cockpit.

In the spirit of keeping keyword projects centralized in one place, SE Cockpit needs to factor in social competition and conversation dominators on the social web as a keyword research factor. This information would help users modify their strategy and more tightly incorporate social strategy as a result of SE Cockpit data.

Pricing model. SE Cockpit is setup to pull data from several sources. Some of those sources are paid services (SEOmoz), and therefore they pay for each query of those services. This is, in part, the logic behind having the service as a subscription. I also like that cloud services like this one are more or less ‘on the hook’ to keep the service fresh by responding with community driven features and functions in the application.

However, my concern is that they will alienate potential customers who loathe monthly fees for software. Therefore they might consider offering a “lifetime” license, or a “annual license” that would reduce the cost per month for users. Learn more here.

Final Word on SE Cockpit

Overall, I like what Shane Melaugh and his team over at SwissMadeMarketing have put together. It provides more data with fair traffic estimates than any other keyword research tool I’ve reviewed to date. It doesn’t solely rely on Google for search data, it is a cloud app, helping marketers run a business by tracking income and expenses for keyword projects.

While experienced affiliate marketers and SEO consultants will appreciate SE Cockpit most, it can also be used by beginners who have ambition and can afford the SE Cockpit subscription fees. See if SE Cockpit is for you.

Useful? Please Facebook Like, Google +1, Tweet, or otherwise share this post. Of course, comments are welcome below.

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-probloggers-blogging-for-your-business"title="Review of ProBlogger's Guide to Blogging for Your Business" >Review of ProBlogger’s Blogging for Your Business

Make no mistake, blogging is powerful. It can do wonders for branding, SEO, and making your business stand out as a leader. However, it can also get a bit tricky as you navigate the course of “getting there” as a blogger in your market. ProBlogger’s Blogging for Your Business is designed to be the navigation unit for today’s business blogger. I just had a look all 143 pages of it, here are some thoughts.

Who It’s For

From my perspective, this eBook is for one of 3 types of people.

Those Considering Blogging – If you haven’t yet decided if blogging is for your business, now might be a great time to learn from a pro. For a small investment of money and time you’ll come away with a better idea on how blogging might fit into your overall plan. More than that you’ll have some actionable things you can do right away following the questions and tutorial at the end of each chapter.

False Start Bloggers – Don’t feel bad, I don’t have scientific data to back this up, but from what I can tell, most blogs “false start”. This eBook can help you regain your focus and strategy for your blog. Good news? You likely aren’t starting from scratch.

Established Bloggers – If you’ve been blogging for a while now, let’s be honest, you can get in a rut from time to time. With sections like “52 Blog Post Ideas” (page 84) ProBlogger’s Blogging for Your Business can give you fresh ideas on how to approach blogging.

3 Things I Like About Blogging for Your Business

It is Strategically Tactical

Many resources on this subject are technical in nature. They often deal with the best WordPress plugins, how to optimize your blog for performance, SEO attributes of your post, etc. ProBlogger’s Guide to Blogging for Your Business first takes you through the why’s of blogging, the business and marketing case. Then it helps you identify who you should be targeting, and how. With all this it still walks you through the technical aspects of getting started, like selecting a domain name (page 30) , installing your blog (page 39) and a handful of plugins to optimize WordPress (page 52). <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/problogger"title="ProBlogger's Guide to Blogging for Your Business" target="_blank">Details here.

Ever Had “Blogging Frustration”?

From time to time, it is normal to get frustrated, even discouraged, with blogging or any kind of “long-haul” work. Mark tackles this head on with his chapter on “Blogging Frustration” (page 86). His eight steps helps the reader gain perspective while filling their mind with ideas for future posts.

Sidenote: I came away with some new ideas that will be published here in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.

Ideas for Finding Readers and Getting Targeted Traffic

What happens when you have your blog up, with some articles, but you think nobody (accept family members) are listening? Chapter 10 of ProBlogger’s Blogging for Your Business offers 17 ideas for getting readers and traffic. The end of the chapter contains 8 questions designed to give you action items based on where you are at in your blogging.

This section alone could put the frustrated blogger over the hump when they start seeing the numbers climb in visitors, readers, and subscribers. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/problogger"title="ProBlogger's Guide to Blogging for Your Business" target="_blank">Read more about ProBlogger’s eBook here.

One Thing I Think This ProBlogger eBook Is Missing

This guide does a solid job building the case for blogging, helping the reader develop a strategy, and guiding them through the tactical aspects of setting up the blog. These would work well in a summary checklist, or a simple checklist for readers to print and personalize for their situation. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/get-started-online/overcoming-blogging-barriers-with-darren-rowse-of-problogger-net/"title="Overcoming Blogging Barriers with Darren Rowse of Problogger.net" rel="follow" target="_blank">Knowing ProBlogger they will probably update the eBook at some point, and perhaps add a checklist.

In the End, It’s ProBlogger

ProBlogger anything is something I trust. It is an established brand, and has helped thousands of business owners over the years with their outstanding content, and standup approach to selling. If you are someone who is either considering blogging, have tried blogging in the past and feel stuck, or are an experience blogger looking for fresh ideas or inspiration, ProBlogger’s Blogging for Your Business is an outstanding resource, and very much worth the small investment. As you might expect, should it not work for you, they have a money back guarantee. <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/problogger"title="ProBlogger's Guide to Blogging for Your Business" target="_blank">Get your copy here.
Never before has so much been available at no cost. This is also true for products people use to get started marketing online. We are big fans of free (to an extent) and encourage others to leverage free when getting started. However, there is a big problem with free that can easily be overlooked, and some products are just worth paying for. This post will cover the pitfalls of free, the perks of paid, products worth paying for, and how to know if you can’t afford it.

<a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/when-online-marketing-products-are-worth-paying-for"title="When Online Marketing Products Are Worth Paying For" >When Online Marketing Products Are Worth Paying For

Everyone likes free, but there are great costs to free. Some products are worth paying for, if you and your business are at the right place to invest (the Final Words section at the bottom).

The Pitfalls of Free

We are all limited by our most valuable asset…time. The problem with “free” for many aspiring online marketers is the effect it has on the value we place on our time. Not how we value our time, but the value we place on it. Just because a product is free, does not mean it is worth your time. It may or may not add value and help you move your business forward.

It goes back to your most dangerous enemy.

Free has the ability to remove you from where you should be spending your time.

The Perks of Paid

Free products = no accountability. Paid products=mutual accountability.

Of course there are exceptions to every rule, but I’ve found this formula above to be true in most cases. When you get access to something free, you don’t place value on it for your business as you do paid products. In this way there is also no accountability for your business to carry it out and make it a profitable tool as soon as possible.

On the flip side, when paying for products, there is mutual accountability. The product provider is accountable to delivering on their promises (or they get refunds) with a solid product and good customer support, and you as the customer has a greater level of accountability as a result of the value you placed on it when surrendering money to become their customer. You are “on the hook” and more likely to make it work in your business than with a free product.

Worth Paying For

This brings us to the point of products worth paying for. This is not a comprehensive list, rather ones subscribers have informed me as having most value, and well, I agree.

Easy Website Building. For those wanting an easy way to create webpages, optin forms, and more, have a look at this <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-xsitepro-the-latest-release/"title="Xsite Pro Review" target="_blank">Xsite Pro Review. The product has been on the market for years, and is the most celebrated tool for do-it-yourselfers who are high on enthusiasm but struggle when it comes to conquering the technology.

Twitter Management. If you believe in the value of Twitter for building relationships, influence, and following, but know it can act as a subtle vortex bleeding you of time with repetitious actions, see if twitter automation software is for you with this <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-tweet-adder-latest-software-update/"title="Tweet Adder Review" target="_blank">Tweet Adder Review. It has the ability to manage multiple twitter accounts, post from RSS feeds, follow, unfollow, and more. *There’s also a coupon available for MarketingProfessor readers.

Expert Training on LinkedIn. With LinkedIn having gone public recently, it is a viable force in the area of social networking for business. One of the top experts on the subject is featured in this interview and discussion of LinkedIn over on this <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-lewis-howes-linkedinfluence-linkedin-training/"title="Linked Influence Review" target="_blank">Linked Influence Review.

WordPress Design Theme. If you use WordPress or are considering WordPress as your platform for publishing content to the web, you’ll need to decide on a theme. An interview with the head Dad at Headway provides insight as to how the product came to be in partnership with his son in this <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-whats-new-in-wordpress-headway-theme-video/"title="Headway Theme Review for WordPress" target="_blank">Headway Theme Review. Not only does the software make it easy for the tech challenged (like me) to design a website, it is also optimized for SEO.

SEO Tracking and Research. If you are going to leverage the search engines to get traffic there are few options that give you a comprehensive view of both keyword research, competition analysis, and the training to understand them as Traffic Travis (no relation). It also monitors your sites search engine placement across multiple keywords over time. Our <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-traffic-travis-latest-update/"title="Traffic Travis Review" target="_blank">Traffic Travis Review covers the four main areas of the application and contains a few screenshots.

Video Marketing. Making videos is one thing, but having the ability to market with videos is another. You need a robust video player, one that gives the option to integrate with Amazon cloud services, has the ability to host webform or buy button overlays at specific times and more. Our <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/reviews/review-of-easy-video-player-the-latest-update/"title="Easy Video Player Review" target="_blank">Easy Video Player Review also contains a video (surprise) that has some of the features in use.

Final Words on Paid Marketing Products

If you find any of the products above a fit for you, you don’t have to purchase them all at once, prioritize them. Pick the ones you believe you can make the most of the fastest.

It’s worth mentioning, you need to be smart about buying products, and treat them as investments. Will they move your business forward? How quickly? How much of a learning curve is there? Is there training along with the software purchase?

As always, if buying products means you spend food or rent money to get them, I’ve got news for you: you cannot afford it, use the free stuff in a very disciplined way to get to the point where you can invest in paid. You’ll be glad you did.

(Hint: post title) If you guessed Traffic Travis, you’d be correct. Unfortunately, the name of this software has no connection with the person writing this post! The software has been around the block a few times we’ve not had a reason to review it until now.

Review of Traffic Travis – Latest Update

May 4th UPDATE: The creator of Traffic Travis which recently released, has announced a special webinar: Super Affiliate Millionaire Secrets is running at several times today only. Looks to be a solid webinar from a guy with a proven experience and reputation.

Recently I got my hands on the latest version of Traffic Travis, after a skype chat with Mark Ling, the creator of the software. The latest version of the this software makes it easier than ever for online marketers to understand and track their rankings, their competition, and the effectiveness (optimization) of their web pages.

In this post, I’ll cover the 4 main areas of the user interface, what I like, what I don’t like, what you should be aware of it you are considering buying this product, and how they are selling the software.

You can have a look at the <a href="http://www.marketingprofessor.com/rec/tt"style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;" target="_blank">latest version of Traffic Travis here (you’ll see the launch pricing and the special bonuses on that page).

Main Areas of the Traffic Travis Interface

Dashboard Tab

The dashboard gives users an at-a-glance view of a given project. There is a dropdown in the corner of the interface which allows you to switch projects quickly. The dashboard exposes major indicators including, Page Rank, Alexa Rank, Pages Indexed, Rank in top 5 and top 10, Top 5 Ranked Keywords, Backlinks, and Top 5 Backlinks.

My Site Tab

This displays pages for your site, and for each page, reports the page rank, number of backlinks, any page warnings, it also uses a combination slider bars, a dropdown, and text filter to narrow down what pages are displayed in the report.

From here you can import pages (via Sitemap), update pages, and generate a printable site report.

Research Tab

Keyword: By putting in the keywords you want to target, you can quickly see how competitive certain keywords are, complete with a “Difficulty Level” ranking from Traffic Travis, reflecting how easy it might be to rank for a given keyword. Note: While not required, this feature prompts for Adsense login credentials, which makes searches go much faster.

Domain: Enter keywords on the domain tab, to quickly find suggestions for keyword rich domains. This is especially useful for those in affiliate marketing. Learn More About Traffic Travis here.

SEO Tab

Ranking: For each project/site configured, there are a list of keywords users designate that a given site is targeting. The ranking page shows you how well the site is ranking for those keywords, and the best page if you have multiple pages ranking for a keyword.

Competition: plugin your keywords, and see the top ranked sites. It specifies the URL found, a Score (Traffic Travis calculates), Page Rank, Backlink Count, Domain Count (how many unique domains are backlinking to the site), and IP Count.

Backlinks: Reveals backlink detail for each of your analyzed pages, including total backlinks, domains, IP addresses, and page rank. Additional subtabs reveal link counts, Moz Rank, PR, and Alexa Rank.

Linkfinder: This tool helps website owners find pages on the internet that would be ideal for backlinks based on the keywords entered. It specifies all the elements of link authority should be considered when getting quality backlinks (see screenshot below).

Use the filters to display the page type (page, forum, blog), if they follow links, page rank, and etc. Learn More About Traffic Travis here.

PPC Tab

Designed to give online marketers what they need for adwords and adsense campaigns.

Adsense Finder: displays a breakdown of each of the top ranking URLs that have adsense on their page for the keywords and search engines selected. Shows the position in the search engines, page rank, alexa rank, and adsense ads details.

Adwords Competition: Keep an eye on competition, offers data over time by keyword, or by website.

By keyword- Over time the software can display the percent of time an ad displayed for a website, for a given keyword. While not as comprehensive as Adbeat, this information can illuminate profitable keywords of your competitors.

By website- The display shows how many ad matches per website. Keywords per website, which search engine, how often Traffic Travis has checked, and the percentage the ads were run based on the number of times Traffic Travis has checked. Selecting the result, will display the ad rank and actual ad run. Learn More About Traffic Travis here.

What I Like About Travis Travis

There was obviously a lot of thought that went into, not only the data the software collects, but the user interface with one exception (shared below), is a home run. All screens are intuitive, and the training videos that embedded in the software do an outstanding job demonstrating how the software presents data, as well as the user options.

What I Don’t Like About Traffic Travis

Whenever hitting a button to query for information, it presents a green animated dial, informs the users that this could take a few seconds. This is helpful, but not as helpful as it could be. Some places it states it is on page 14 of 35, but it would be more helpful to know a percent complete, what I thought would take “a few seconds” on some queries, actually took a few minutes or more. Learn More About Traffic Travis here.

I also found that the Research-Domain tool sometimes returned zero results with no explanation. Perhaps too low a search volume for the keyword entered? I have no idea, because it didn’t tell me.

Something You Should Be Aware of With Traffic Travis

Let me say, to start I have reviewed the product video training that is embedded right in the application (screenshot below), and all the bonuses Mark Ling is offering for the launch, and they are excellent. I don’t say that for many products, but he and his team have put together a high quality product, and very useful bonuses. However, if you are in the US, you might find his accent (New Zealand) hard to follow at times. I was able to endure without much difficulty, but others may find it somewhat distracting.

What Is Involved in Purchasing Traffic Travis

As they recently released a new version of Traffic Travis, they are including several bonuses that I have reviewed. You can review the details on the sales page, but they are designed to help marketers get more backlinks, higher rankings, and convert more leads to sales, and are of high quality. Early pricing is subject to change, but at the time of this post is under $100.
