No direct Plaxo integration but if you can get contacts in an Outlook compatible .csv format, you can upload them to Gist.

Not sure what the status is on that. Anyone from Gist comment? I know Plaxo has decent integration with Outlook, so not sure how it would work with the Gist/Outlook integration.
