Traffic Isolation: By filtering the reports by traffic source, you can see what campaigns are working, and optimize them on the fly to increase conversion.

ClickTale Heatmaps

Since the ClickTale product review they have introduced heatmaps, giving a visual of user clicks, which works well when diagnosing usability of webforms, or a/b split testing  items such as web copy or design changes (updating a graphic).  This information becomes even more useful when coupled with real-time monitoring.

      Good point. However, when you consider the cost of those services they become difficult to justify, unless you have a large volume of traffic. If you have less than 1M visitors a month, this is the most cost effective solution I've seen to date… but I could be wrong.
