Thanks for stopping by and offering feedback. I'm using a screen capture software for the PC called Camtasia by the folks at www.TechSmith.com
Your site is an exceptional example of use of effective video, congratulations!
Don't be a stranger.

Travis,
You truly have a great site and your screencapture videos are superb. Would you mind sharing which software program you use for these? We're in the homebuilding business and very committed to web video as a marketing tool. I can see a lot of uses for screencaptures as a follow-up tool.

Thanks,
Brooke Kaine

Martin-

It is about brand awareness, for sure, but it is also about traffic, and connecting with your market.

I do not know the exact numbers, but Google Universal Search results are including more and more social media content, and it makes sense that they favor their own sites just a tad when serving results to searchers.

As for tagging and labeling, that is part of it, but based on what Julie shares in the course, is often done incorrectly, there also seems to be social factors in how well a YouTube video does. This course goes into great detail and she also includes daily a checklist.

I have a YouTube channel with some videos of our cat. I will start using in for different stuff in the future. At the same time, I will continue to use a more personalized video email system by Talk Fusion that I have been talking about before. It is about your total brand awareness and how you could create a whole "picture" with a graphical profile with your color scheme, logotype, text message greeting, etc.

My blog gets a big share of traffic from Google searches (word and images). Do you know how big part of the total searches are dedicated to video searches? I have heard about a specialized video search engine there you could search "inside" the video for keywords, but I don't remember the name at the moment. Is it not a problem with image and video searches regarding the keywords? Is it enough with the tagging and labeling of the content in order to reach potential interested parties?

I have just started using Youtube as a means of generating traffic for my primary site. I had no idea a product like this existed, but I'm definitely going to check it out. Thanks so much for posting this review!
