		<description>Good stuff.. the key to making Linkedin and all of the above work is to become and invaluable resource to all those that come in contact with you. The easiest way to do this is to participate heavily in the Question and Answer forum.

Just be careful to not post advertisements or do straight forward prospecting -- ask questions that generate valuable discussions and answer those questions where  you can contribute value. I would also suggest that you answer as if you were paid to do so (=VALUE). People will notice.
